Welcome to Craobh Woodwork
Craobh Woodwork has relocated to the Black Isle and the workshop has been newly established in Culbokie, Ross-shire. We make beautifully handcrafted products from the finest reclaimed timber, sourced locally from the Highlands of Scotland.
What We Do
All timber used to make Craobh items are locally-sourced within the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, where every piece is unique and finished with natural oils to create a high-quality finish. We use a range of Highland reclaimed hardwoods, which have been felled or wind-blown locally – this allows for environmentally sound reclamation of local and natural resources.
We have the capacity to mill all timber on site or at the workshop, and then kiln-dry in our custom-made kiln.
As well as producing individual and bespoke items, unique pieces of timber will be available to purchase at the Black Isle workshop.

All of our products are unique, but if you have a preference you can choose any hardwood and design your own item.
Our products, including epoxy resin tables, use ENTROPY RESIN with their SUPER SAP formulations known for its high performance and dedication to reducing impact on the environment. All epoxy resin items are post cured in the kiln.
Mobile Milling System
Bigger trees are no problem with our mobie 10″ Lucas Mill. Boasting a massive 10″ (254mm) cutting capacity, this machine will have no trouble tackling the most challenging timber projects. Aimed at large scale portable sawmilling applications, this machine is designed to handle cutting large dimension lumber, along with a dedicated slabber cutting up to 1.5m widths and 6.1m lengths.
